The main reason we workout is to be healthy. We try to build our bodies up as much as possible for the natural decline that happens with age. The fitter you are and the longer you can sustain a high level of fitness the better quality and quantity of life you will have. With that being said what better way to test your fitness than with a competition. It doesn’t matter if it is going to a local, regional, or national competition, or if it is just competing with your buddy at the gym. Get out and compete, TEST that Fitness!
